Hcg very slow rise... what’s happening?

I’ll keep it short but pretty much i have very slow rising hcg right now. I should be about six weeks pregnant. On dec.29th my levels were only a 36. Doctor said a h.p.t would come back negative. I took 2 the next day positive. I was having weird spoting and stuff so I was a little worried.(I was about five weeks, according to gestation sac size, but no baby, or yolk.) on Jan.3 I had my doctors appointment, hcg was 104. Going up but very slow and no where near the six week mark I was at. Then Jan.5, went back to the e.r. Still no baby, and hcg 122. I have been having weird spotting that was steady for a few days, but no clots, no heavy cramping, nothing super weird. I don’t have crazy symptoms most tiredness, breast tingles, headache and back pains consitpation, bloating and gas and nausea when I don’t eat , but some day I feel worst than others... no one can really give me any answers, I just want to know if I’m still pregnant or not. I can’t take this waiting! Any help is appreciated!
