Is this normal on day 4/5 after a D&C? (TMI pics)

I’m sorry if this question seems silly but I had a very very traumatic experience during and immediately following my D&C; and now every little thing has me panicking that something is wrong and I have to go to the ER. I had the procedure performed on the third of this month. I started seeing blood like this on the sixth and it has continued into the seventh (today). Before this I had about a day and a half of no bleeding not even spotting. Any bleeding before that was bright red. If anyone who has been through this could give their input I would really appreciate it. This week has been so emotionally tolling and I can’t take panicking over this on top of everything else.
