Since this is my first pregnancy I have no idea what to come up with for a birth plan, even just basic preferences I should be thinking about. lol I know there the different ways to give birth and then who is allowed in the room and epidural or natural but I don't know what else I should think of. I'm not even sure how I really want to go about the birth part. 😂 The epidural kinda scares me but so does the pain, but being in a nice warm tub sounds great too for the muscles. if I even get to do any of that. My husband and all his family have big heads and I have a fairly small frame. His mom had to have c-sections with all of her babies because of how big their heads were. Some tips and ideas from those who have gone through it or have created a plan would be great to give me a start and something to talk to my doctor about. :) I know it rarely goes to plan but having a list of preferences would be good so the doctors and nurses know what we're trying to do anyway.
