irritated to say the least.

So I just need to vent a little... I am more than ready to go back into the work force after having my daughter! My husband suggested I take a whole year off since we can live off his income alone. So I agreed. Now that I am actively looking, he is trying to stall me in getting a job in my degreed field of engineering. I even took a job as a waitress (which was horrible) to feel like I was contributing to the household because HE said I needed to find a job since our mortgage was raised. He works as the engineering supervisor for his company on first shift so I suggested I find a job in my field on second shift so we don't have to pay for childcare and he was making excuses for why that wouldn't work, which really upsets me. He wants me to work, but he only wants me working jobs that are minimum wage...oh and also wants me to do all the house work on top of it. It's been this for 3 months now and I don't know what to do. Every time I bring the subject up he gets upset at me.
