Sons father leaves him to party.

Ladies i need some advice, ever since we split up my ex had my son every other week. It was our arrangement. I have tons of videos and bank statements proving him leaving my son during his week while he goes out to party(he leaves my son with his grandparents) this was happening so much I finally filed for child support in hopes he would calm down and actually spend time with him(seeing as to how court order states every other weekend and we had 50/50) I guess to try and scare him with less time with my son so he would take advantage of the full week i was allowing. Well this did nothing. We decided to keep the 50/50(court order states every other weekend) because he agreed to change. Last night i came across snaps of him getting wasted while he was supposed to have our son so i drove to the parents to pick him up.he never called asking why i got him. One simple “hey??” Text. Today he wanted to take him to dinner but i told him I’ve already picked him up and he will have him for his weekend from now on. Also He has not paid any child (at this point it doesn’t bother me I’ve managed without his money just fine) is this wrong of me? I have given him chance after chance.. I am always going to allow him to see him, but if he’s not actually going to spend the time with him then why should. Even allow him to take him...

- I’ve offered to watch my son while he parties.

- he lives at his parents house so his parents spend just as much time with my son!

- I am still going to allow him to see him just as the court order every other weekend(not the 50/50 arrangement we had before any court order was made)
