Braxton hick contractions... I think?

So

at my last appt my dr told me I was having contractions... I was surprised because I couldn’t feel them and she told me they are Braxton Hicks. Now that I am home I’m trying to figure out if they are what I think they are lol.

On the left and right side of my belly button it will get hard, tighten and almost like ball up on each side (im not doing a good job at explaining this lol bear with me ) and it will last for a few seconds then go away. And it feels like pressure as well.

I get them Pretty often throughout the day .

So my question is

Are these Braxton Hicks? 🧐

I know I’m getting contractions I’m just confused on when I’m getting them, I’m trying to get in tune with my body 😆
