lucky penny

Ok, this isn't about TTC, but I'm just amazed at the luck and wanted to share. I was getting ready to go out and dropped my wedding band before I put it on. my husband and I watched in horror as it bounced a couple times and dropped right through the vent in the floor. I lifted off the cover, and the vent pipe was sloped down so I thought, surely it's gone for good. but then something caught my eye. I guess my finger is roughly the size of a penny, because I noticed there was a penny caught in the seam of the pipe and the ring had landed squarely on top of it. I reached in and retrieved the ring - and that penny! - because i think I now have a good luck charm.🙂
