He calls me “loose”

I am so upset. I am a young mother of 2 and one on the way. I birthed them naturally so of course things aren’t going to be the same and extremely tight anymore. When we argue he says “it’s hard to fill a 5 gallon bucket” or just calls me “loosey”. I just cry in the bathroom. I try kegels but sometimes I get so busy with kids and work that I just don’t remember. He shouldn’t do this to me. I gave him children. 😭 what should I do? 💔
