Missed Period, Negative Pregnancy Test 😱

Okay so I missed my period for the month of December. At 1st I assumed it was because i had recently stopped taking the Depo shot a few months prior... but there wasn’t even any spotting. Then I started feeling abdominal pains and getting sick so I took a pregnancy test (multiple actually) all coming back negative. Pain was getting worse though & one night it got really bad and even hurt to pee so i went to my doctor. Turns out I had cyst , that popped and caused a UTI... and of course after the cyst popped my period started.
