How long do you ovulate?

I know once you ovulate it only lives for 24 hours and I know technically you don't need to test anymore after you get your first positive opk. But for those that have continued to test how long did you continue to have positive OPKs after you got your first positive? I got my first positive on Friday morning and continued to be positive throughout the day. I'm curious to know if I did already ovulate. Would a test be negative by now if I already ovulated? Thanks!
