Please respond- yeast and uTI hell 🤧😪

Due to the frequent sex we’re having ttc I keep getting a UTI and thrush, in fact I’m not even sure the thrush has ever fully cleared.

I’m not taking antibiotics for the UTI anymore cause I can get rid of it the same day with lots of water and cranberry pills but why am I so prone to it??

I wipe the proper way, I pee before and after sex, and usually shower too.

For thrush I have taken the flouxadale (not sure of spelling) when it was my non fertile week and it never fully went away.

It’s never full blown thrush, just the odd tiny itchy now and then.

I wear only 100% cotton knickers, use non-bio washing power at a high heat and only clean with water ‘down below’. I also consume probiotics everyday!

Does anyone know why I’m so prone to it? Itsreally getting me down. I’ve never been able to have a regular sex life coz of it and now it’s making ttc difficult :(

I was actually ok and hadn’t had a bout of it for months then I had my miscarriage and it all returned.
