Men are confusing!!!

Long story short, met up with my FWB last week at his place. Just gave him head bc i was on my period and he really enjoyed it. When I was leaving he said he wanted to do something together so it wasn't just sex at his place and I said sure sounds fun. Then I left and we haven't spoken since but he still sends me snaps for our streak. I send him a text " Hey :) " to him at like 10 am today so I can ask him when he wanted to hang but he ignored it. I dont understand why would he ignore my text? Like Ik he saw it, he sent me a snap of the sunset at work..Does anybody know why he would? We've been talking since November.
