I am! I have started last week with cutting out most sweets and dessert, I normally eat a lot of that. And exercising at home with Bikini Body Mommy videos from YouTube. Tomorrow I'm starting the gym, and I'm super excited! I would like to hear any advice on what you have done to get healthy after having your baby. What did you eat? What kind of exercises did you do? Any positive and motivational comments are helpful!
