Irresponsible...

I just told my husband that I think we are being selfish and irresponsible. We do both work. We bring in about $1,000 a month together. We do live in a cheap place to live in though. Rent is usually about $500+ a month, it can be lower too, just depends. We have 2 cars, but only paying off 1 of them. We do have our own Insurance. We don't have our own place yet though. We are going to be working on that here soon. My husband is a good saver. We have been ttc for over a year now. We are much better off than most of my friends that have kids and they are doing well with their lives and their kids. I think we could manage to do it, but I'm starting to think maybe we shouldn't. 😞😔

* My husband is a department manager at Walmart and I work for a gift shop in a museum. I've been applying for a second or better job for over a year with no luck so far. It's been really hard for me.

* I planned on working after. I have family very close by that are available 24/7. I won't need daycare.
