Possible miscarriage

So I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw a tiny blood clot so I called the nurse hotline number and she told me that it could be normal since I was just on the nexplanon... I have an ultrasound Thursday and she told me to wait to see what happens... I checked again to see if there was any blood and there was absolutely nothing but now I can’t sleep because idk what’s going on 😩 has anyone had this problem and everything turned out to be ok? I’m so worried 😔 also this is my second pregnancy and none of this happened the first time...
