sick baby 😢😢

Help...my daughter is 5 weeks, she sounds like she has raspy breathing. I cleared her nose, and have her sitting up while she's sleeping because she would scream after 2 minutes laying flat, I am worried she couldnt breath. We are calling her doctor first thing in the morning. She didn't have a fever when I checked her, but her body felt warmer than normal and her eyes are puffy and red. Any idea what it sound like it could be? Or any suggestions to keep her comfortable until morning? This mommy won't be sleeping tonight 😪😢
