Need to gain weight
I’m 4’11” and 75lbs. My OB wants me to gain 50lbs from now until the end of my pregnancy. Note: I’m not pregnant yet. But she wants me to gain weight since she’s worried that me being so underweight will cause problems with the baby sticking. Any ideas for gaining weight?
