Break outs

I am supposed to get my period in a couple days but I have been having HORRIBLE break outs. Lately they have been getting worse. Also of break outs on my face, back and now neck. I can’t even stand to look at myself. I do use facewash on a regular basis and makeup remover. The break outs only happen when it’s close to my time of the month. Anybody have any suggestions how to get rid of them fast of try to-avoid them as much as I can.
