My arm is twitching....
I teach art, and I have been doing really in depth sculpture, clay, and masks projects... oddly very physical. In fact, my arm muscles are twitching as I write. Today, I was using the paper cutter to cut strips of plaster wrap for masks.... a lot of strips... as fast as I could!
Let me just say, I did not go to the gym today but I legitimately feel like I got a hard workout in.
