Pap Smear

Is it wrong to opt out of a Pap smear at my appointment today? I just had one in may so it’s been less than a year and I have only ever slept with my husband. I have already had one prenatal apt and one ultrasound everything is healthy and my ovaries are good to go. I REALLY don’t want one. It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Last time I got one I was pregnant, and right when he did it I started bleeding and I lost my baby. I didn’t stop bleeding for weeks & it was the worst experience of my life. I know it probably wasn’t from the Pap smear but it was very convincing timing. :( help please!
