No more symptoms !?

Question

Has anyone else’s symptoms completely gone away around week 8/9?! I was soooo nauseous all the time and exhausted and boobs were insanely sore now all of a sudden it’s all gone. I’m not complaining but it’s freaking me out that I feel totally normal all of a sudden? Haven’t had any bleeding and have already had 5/6/7 week ultrasounds as my sister in law is an OB and everything is right one track according to those.... anyone else ???

I had this too. I freaked out for about a week (to the point my hubby thought I was insane) until my ultrasound where everything was right on track! And now I have the sore boobs back but that’s about it, and even that’s still on and off. 
Symptoms come and go :)

I would ask your Dr for a check up just in case. I lost my symptoms right before a MMC at 12 weeks.
