Best advice, tricks or things to do to conceive faster!

Hello everyone!!

I recently got engaged to my middle school sweetheart and for 2-3 months we've been trying to get pregnant. I'm taking prenatal vitamins, having plenty of intercourse with my partner and still no luck! I'm asking what others may suggest we could do to increase our chances. Positions, foods, advice, ect. I'm of course not trying to force this for I know it's all in gods hands and to allow nature to take its course. I've had numerous tragedies such as loosing the baby in previous pregnancies so I'm just looking for ways to prepare my body for a healthy pregnancy.
