If you're not 8n pain the baby is fine. When your stomach starts to get bigger you can use a pillow to prop one side of your body up and still possibly sleep comfortably on your belly.

I slept like that until I was like 18 weeks or so. trust me you'll know when to stop when it gets uncomfortable

I always go to sleep on my left side then wake up on my belly 😂
