What are the pros and cons of the state you live in?

Do you like where you live? How is cost of living?

The boyfriend and I are currently living in Alaska with all of our family in the Lower 48. As hard as it will be to leave this miraculous state, we want to move so that our baby (14 weeks preggo!) will be able to see her cousins/everyone more frequently! And also for lower cost of living, housing.

We both agreed we don’t want to go back to our home states (California and Virginia) so we are looking elsewhere.
