Bad pain 😭

Little background, my period was 4 days late, came and bled for only 4 days (not normal for me) it is pretty much over, I get a few drops of blood occasionally when I wipe... but now I have awful pain in my pelvic region on both of the sides closest to my hips.. I’ve been sick since yesterday, diarrhea, nausea, close to vomiting but haven’t... What could be going on? earliest I could probably see my doctor is tomorrow midday - which is fine, I’m just trying to get an idea if anyone has been through anything like this, thanks in advance
