intense pain

So while me and my husband were having sex last night (doggy, so was deep) I had a very intense pain, close to crowning contractions. I just had my second child 8 months ago so not sure if we're just getting to busy to fast, or if it's something that has developed from my reaccuring yeast infections (monthly for four years.) Can anyone give me some opinions, or anyone ever deal with this.
