"Shithole Countries"

Do you think Trump's statement about immigrants from certain countries had slight racial undertones? I'd like to hear people's opinions about this. He would rather have immigrants from countries like "Norway"(a predominantly white country) than "shithole" countries like Haiti. I see so many people arguing whether the statement was politically correct or not and others arguing that we don't need immigrants/refugees from certain countries. What's your take on what he said and how do you feel about immigrants from 3rd world countries and immigrants in general?
