Appropriating Vegan culture.

So I came across this post on Facebook and it sparked a massive argument between someone I know and a stranger (on their own page as she reposted it) its now all over my timeline and Im wondering what everyone thinks.

I just wanted to know your thoughts.

I personally believe people can eat whatever they want. But clearly a lot of people feel differently

Do you agree with the vegan? Is it appropriating the vegan culture if you opt to eat meat alternatives as a carnivore?
