Baby bump overnight!!!😲😰

Just turned 13 weeks today & it feels like my stomach grew overnight! Now, I know I had a big dinner last night, but this is different than a food baby lol For the past week it's felt like theres an inflating balloon behind my belly button, sometimes I get the sensation of popcorn popping! Also have been experiencing round ligament pain, this week especially. My whole stomach area feels hard & tender. I think it may be a combination of food, bloat, & a little baby lol But I've definitely noticed a huge different in this past week. Also noticing a lot more stretch marks, especially on my hips & going up my back!! I don't use anything other than coconut oil on my skin sometimes, anybody recommend a lotion or balm?😊💜
