So I think my cycles are still regulating after stopping my BC beginning of November. I don't use opk but I track all my stuff on here and Ovia. I'm just wondering how long it's has taken anyone to regulate or know there cycle length. I'm thinking I wasn't ovulating when I thought I was and my cycle is getting back on track still. So what do ovulation cramps feel like? similar to af or lighter? I've been cramping on and off and not as bad as my normal af cramps and af was due this week according to Glow but everyday I have to click "period late" and it's been pushing it back a day or 2 at a time. if my cycle is still not right could I have been ovulating this week and af not really due till end of this month?? I would just like some opinions and other women's stories on this!!! Thank You! I'll post my chart pictures from the past 2 months!!
