FIRST PREGNANCY!! WHAT DO I EXPECT?!

So I'm high risk, and I just found out I was pregnant after a very long time of being told I couldn't have kids and idk anything about pregnancy!! I wasn't expecting it so idk what symptoms are normal and which ones aren't! but I woke up this morning and my stomach is KILLING me!! not necessarily a cramp but kinda like the feeling u get when you're about to take a shit after you ate waayyy too much! but I haven't ate yet today.. is belly pains normal? I'm only 5 weeks. can someone plz tell me what other things to look for in my first trimester plz!!!
when I sneeze it hurts worse!!

sounds normal... as for not knowing what to expect, I got the mayo clinic pregnancy book and it answered pretty much all my questions and had me prepared to what to expect by weeks and months...

I’m 8 weeks today and so far my symptoms are extreme nausea and vomiting, tired, hot and fevered, cramps and dull stretching pain in my tummy, food aversions.

I had the worst gas pains early in both my pregnancies, so painful, but normal. The progesterone slows down the digestive tract and can cause gas, constipation or diarrhea. You also bloat which can feel uncomfortable, and sneezing will definitely make the pressure feel worse. Try lying on your left, sometimes it helps move the gas along and you might get some relief.
