Baby moving

I'm 18 weeks now but since my 15th week I think I've been feeling the baby move. This is my first pregnancy. It's so hard to tell though. It really feels like my stomach gurgling (minus the noises) or gas bubbles or just digestion I guess. But it also feels like there's a snake inside of me lol. And it's down low under my belly button, so I guess it's the baby. But it's so hard to be sure! How does everyone else describe what it feels like?
