Orgasm trouble..

I seem to have trouble getting an orgasm..

When I masturbate I can build myself up but then just as I feel like I’m about to the feeling goes. I wait a bit and then try again but it just keeps happening. Not all the time but on most occasions.

I don’t use toys due to living with my parents but I have used the shower head which does work better but not all the time.

Even when I was with my ex and we would have sex (over two years ago) I would struggle to have an orgasm then as well.

Side note; I do have Endometriosis so I’m not really sure if this would play apart of my troubles.
