A US insurance question regarding breast pumps

So I moved to the US over a year ago and I’m STILL learning about how my insurance works over here as it’s a universal insurance. I have very good cover including having being part of the Aetna Program, which gives me almost free reign of what practices I want to use.

The question I have, and the reason I am asking you ladies first before I call my insurance company is because I don’t want to embarrass myself, is after reading a post on here a woman said she gets a breast pump through her insurance!

Is it quite normal to get a breast pump through your health insurance or is it under special circumstances?

I can’t find the post anymore otherwise I would have asked her myself! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
