How does everyone count their pregnancy? Do you use your last menstrual period as a start date, or do you use your conception date? I've been using LMP but curious if others are doing the same. Thanks!! :)

I used conception date because I knew when my peak was with OPK and it also matched with fertile cervical mucous. My OB went with my conception date based on OPK and CM as well.

Ok! Looks like it's mixed as I expected, but lots of you are using your LMP as a starting point. I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and my mom said I'll actually only be 9 (based on conception date). I guess in the end it doesn't really matter too much....Just curious how all of you other moms are calculating your weeks. 😊

I had an IUI, so I know the exact conception date. When I had my first ultrasound, the date was spot on.

My AF was a little irregular and the month I got pregnant it was a 5 week cycle so I knew I’d be a week behind from my LMP, LMP works if you have a 28 day cycle x

Most apps work off your LMP, so the info about 11 weeks bump will be right for you.
Most doctors work off last LMP because unless you were doing OPK and charting, women don’t know the exact day they conceived.
