Unbalanced Hormones

Ok about 6 days ago I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Haven't had a period since September 13-17. Been spotting in between though. Now I have acne, sensitive smell, sore breast, but areoles look normal, still no period but negative test. Haven't been on birth control since last year June. Have unbalanced hormones and haven't gone for a check up ever since. So much going on haven't had the chance to even stop and worry about my health I'll be honest about that. Could be allergies or what could this be? Help Ladies! I know have to go to OBGYN but my appointment is not until February 5th my doctor is fully booked.
