Toenail fell off...

Okay I need to know if this has ever happened to someone else. I am 12 weeks pregnant with my first and randomly just realized my entire second toe nail fell off completely. It’s gone (sorry for the details but I actually found it after) There was no pain or injury or anything. Is this normal? I have an appointment next week and will ask but just thought I’d see here first. Not finding much online.

My husband thinks I’ve gone crazy stressing so much about this lol.
