Possible breast cancer? Help!

Hi guys. I’ve noticed in the last year or so that I have puss like substance coming out of my nipples every so often. It’s not a liquid consistency and it’s not when I squeeze or touch them either. I generally notice after a shower when drying myself. It’s more like the puss after you squeeze a blackhead. I’ve done some research on google and it says they’re breast cancer signs? Someone PLEASE help!!! Has anyone else had this??? What is it??
