What are some things/items that are helping to sooth your babies when they fight sleep?

My daughter is 3 months and as of recently she’s been fighting her sleep really bad. Any suggestions? Anything that I can purchase to assist with this? Maybe a swing?

Definitely don't introduce a swing. We don't have swings or rockers in our home because they start really bad sleep habits. It'll end up being more harm than good. Do you have a bedtime and nap time routine/schedule in place yet?

Try a lovey. Sleep with it so it smells like you and offer it to your baby for naps first in case s/he covers her a face with it. Or get one made of muslin so it’s breathable.

I wouldnt introduce a swing to help with sleeping this late in the game, then you’ll have to break that habit. I’d work on establishing a routine to trigger for her its bed/nap time. Also there is a sleep regression around 4 months so theres that lingering. Along with two huge leaps between weeks 3-5
