What could this be?!

When my daughter first broke out into this when she got sick our doctor said it could be roseola or it could be an allergic reaction to the penicillin in her antibiotics for her RSV.. so we haven’t given her the antibiotics since and she hasn’t had another fever since it last broke out. What else could this be?? (Our doctor is closed today but I will take her in tomorrow). She’s been playing normally and her temp is 36.7 and I can’t think of anything she could be allergic to.. everything we’ve fed her she’s had before with no signs of an allergy 😩

It looks like when my daughter had roseola. My doc said it could take up to a week to clear.

I know this post is very old, but my son has a rash daily identical to this. We were told it was Roseola also, but we are day 4 and it’s still spreading down his arms and legs, everything I’ve read says the rash should be gone by day 3. Was this in fact Roseola? And how long did it take to go away?

My son had that same reaction when he was a few months old. He had a reaction to laundry soap and caused his eczema to flare up.
