Pimple alert problem here! Help ASAP please 🙏🏻😊

So it’s been a week since my period acne showed up but it hasn’t gone yet. I know it’s normal but my period pimples go away the same day my period ends. I mean they aren’t that red. I also been using a honey and lemon face mask which helps my skin, it’s makes it smoother, also my pimples are dry when I do this. But I didn’t do it for a 1/2 weeks and the same day school+my period started my skin had about 2 big pimples. And rn a week after 2 other pimples showed up in almost the same place as the others. I’m trying to get rid of them with toothpaste and the mask but it’s not helping that much since I don’t really use other things. I’m mostly embarrassed because I’m not good at makeup, I’m just a bigginer and I don’t know how to cover them properly. So can you guys help me please? I’m 17 btw 😊
