Quick question!
Here in the uk, it’s advised our levels don’t go above 7.8 an hour after eating. I only found out I have GD on Wednesday so I’m still toying with what’s ok and what’s not. However, today I had a kfc ... bad I know but I didn’t think it would be too bad, and now my blood sugar levels are at 7.9. What are you supposed to do if they are too high after eating? I’m still kinda in the dark with everything really.
