Listeria

I came home from work today and reheated my ground turkey taco meat from last night. I made three tacos but the first taco was not as steaming hot like the other two. After I made the first one, I put the meat back in the microwave and that’s why the other two were really hot. Anyway, I’ll be 5 weeks tomorrow and I’m basically freaking out about getting listeria. Has anyone had this happen and have any advice? Thank you!
