Low appetite and throwing up, 7 month old

My 7mo daughter has been throwing up a couple times a day since Thursday. She gets easily and doesn't just spit up, but throws up everything. Her appetite has been very low and it has been a fight to get her to take even 4oz a feed. She refuses to take Pedialyte or deluged Gatorade. I've been trying gripe water and probiotics, which have not helped. She has a doc app Tuesday, but I am so worried about her getting dehydrated before then. She has only taken 18oz today and kept down about 14 or so :(. Yesterday she only kept down about 10 all day. Other than being a little more tired than usual her mood has been fine. Any suggestions!?
