FTM feeling responsible for baby late in milestones

My baby will be 9 months soon and she is not crawling, standing or going from sitting to tummy. I feel totally responsible for it. I'm a stay at home mom and maybe if I did something different a few months ago, she will be moving around already. We go to 3 different baby classes and in all she is the only one not moving. Even some 6 month old kids are crawling. For her 9 month visit with the Dr I'm gonna request Early Intervention evaluation. Maybe there is something else I can do to help her.
