Heeelp!! Mirena or Kyleena reviews??

Question

I know every body is different & no reactions will be the same but I just want to know some pros & cons. I’ve looked into both & think one of these will be best for me because I have taken the pill before & just doesn’t work out because I’m forgetful. I don’t want the shot, I’ve heard awful things about that. So, any reviews on these would be great!

I have the Mirena, have had it since 10-17-17 and I still haven’t stopped bleeding since I got it put it. They said it was normal. I’m sick of it.

love the mirena. without it is find my periods are extremely heavy and with it it's very light and I don't cramp up as much. I didn't have a few issues with the string length but that was easily sorted. Literally just had it put back in after having my third child. Fingers crossed it's all the same again.

I’ve had lyletta(mirena like) for about 9 months with no issues. I don’t even know its there. I stopped getting a period about 2 months after it was placed. I’ve had very bad reactions to hormonal bc in the past so was a little nervous but I love it!

I’ve had both the mirena and the kyleena. The mirena was kind of a delight because I stopped having my period. I had it for 4 years and never had any issues. Then I had it removed and got pregnant after just a few months. When I had my babies (twins!) I had the kyleena because my doc said it had less hormones and she’s kind of pushy. So I figured whatever. It’s different in the sense that I still get a period now, which kind of sucks. But I feel good and haven’t had any issues. I’ve had it for 6 months.

I had Mirena placed after my second child. I had issues from the beginning. I fainted walking out to my car after insertion. Then my periods stopped all together right away. Then it embedded into the wall of my uterus and I had to have surgery to remove it. The scarring that it left behind prevented me from becoming pregnant again for 10 years. After we were told we wouldn’t be able to get pregnant at all I’m grateful that I was able to have another. 
I always had pain during intercourse and my husband always could feel the strings. I don’t recommend at all. I had nothing but problems.

I have the mirena and love it. I had horrible periods before and now it’s maybe a few days of spotting every few months

I’ve had my mirena for about a month. I can’t complain besides the fact that I’ve been spotting for three weeks straight 🙃
