success stories please

hello, my husband and I have been ttc for 2.5 years. I just has a HSG last month and my left tube is blocked. This month I got the strongest positive opk yet. We used pressed for the first time this month. I have been moody and slightly crampy. I have also noticed my boobs have been tender and felt swollen and tender. Last night I could smell something through a plastic sealed bag that no one else could. Has anyone experienced that and ended up pregnant?
