Best Endo Pain Relief??

Question

My doctor recently put me on naproxen and Tylenol 500 to manage pain but it only works 50% of the time and honestly does NOTHING for when my cramps are excruciating. 
Any of you ladies have tricks or good ways to get rid of endo cramps or at least distract yourself? I’m about to rip out my uterus.

Hi there, so I have/had stage 4 endo. one thing I did was change my diet completely to plant based. I laid off processed foods and greasy foods. I also switched from using pads and tampons to diva cup. I drink herbal teas. take milk thistle. that for me reduced A LOT of pain. also regular exercise.

In all honestly smoking weed or doing acid. I did acid one night and I literally had no pain. I could feel my uterus contract but literally ZERO pain. Do I recommend it to everyone, nope. I did it once that was it. I prefer smoking weed or using cbd oil to help with the pain and help keep my anxiety down so I don’t panic because of the pain. If you don’t smoke weed which most people don’t or are against it I really really encourage people to look into cbd oil, it’s legal and doesn’t get you high. 
If you’re not into doing that you can try peppermint oil. That seems to help too.

Before my surgery I would use the icy hot pads and put one the front where the pain was and one on my back. I always had horrible back pains during mine. I did learn to not stay away from name brand. They stick the best through the day and hold up the longest 😊
