Ok long post, this is my first relationship and I know some things (like partner liking other girls Instagram pics) are an overreaction but others aren't. my partner, ex partner now i think.. went to another state with this girl(best friend ) and his other friend( also best friend ), he went out of his way to get her to come by tagging her in a post where his friend was asking who wanted to come. Then he paid for her flight and both friends hotel. she paid him back but it upset me because he didnt want me to come ( worried I'd get hurt at the game ) but later argued he did want me to come which is a lie. This upset me. then he paid for her concert ticket ( And mine) And we all went to the concert, but he stayed close to her and just the way he looked at her hurt.. he did protect me though but recently he got invited by her to new years and me too first he was gonna stay at work and drink with the work ppl but because she asked he was gonna go, I had to work so wanted him to do something with me, we've been together almost 2 years. well he went anyway and left me alone to spend New years with her, it was the final straw so asked him to stop texting her, liking her pics and hanging with her, he said that was too much, so I said we were over..we have spoken since and he has said he would never leave me so it's my chose. am I in the wrong ? I've told him many times now i felt just wanted him to back off so we could work on us...but he chose her
