IUD implant

I’m on month 4 of having my IUD placed and until this month it was pretty normal. This month, my period has pretty much been all month. I think I’m going on day 16, so literally the month so far. Is this normal for adjustment? My nurse told me pretty much anything goes the first three months. But maybe I’m just now getting there?

Anyone else experienced this before with an IUD? Nothing is painful or out of the ordinary other than my extended bleeding.
